E-commerce Return Policy

Custom order greenhouses are non-refundable.

Unopened accessories and parts can be returned for refund of material price within 30 days. Customer pays return shipping.

An order that is incorrect due to an error on our behalf can be returned at no cost to the customer.

If an item is believed to be defective the item is to be sent back within 30 days and inspected by JCM Greenhouse Mfg.. If it is found to be defective the customer may choose to receive a refund or replacement. If the product is found not to be defective it will be considered a normal return.

Specialty and custom fabricated items (such as shade cloth, polyethylene, and polycarbonate panels) are not returnable. If an item is defective the customer needs to contact us immediately. If it is found to be defective the product will be replaced.

Prior to returning an item, the customer must contact our company for an approval number. The number must be included with returned merchandise.
