To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

Unopened accessories and parts - Refund of material price within 30 days (customer pays return shipping)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom order greenhouses - Non-refundable

Specialty and custom fabricated items (shade cloth, polyethylene, polycarbonate panels) - Non-refundable

Open, installed, or used items - Non-refundable

Products altered or modified by customer

Items without original packaging or missing components
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us for Authorization

Required: You must contact us for an approval number before returning any item

Defective Products

Large Greenhouse Structures

Custom greenhouse structures require special return approval

Seasonal and Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale unless defective
