Customer Responsibilities

Receiving Delivery

  • Inspect items immediately upon delivery

  • Report damage within 48 hours of receipt

  • Take photos of any damage for documentation

  • Keep all packaging until inspection is complete

Unloading

  • Customer responsible for unloading from delivery vehicle

  • Delivery driver may assist but is not required to do so

  • Proper equipment (forklift, crane, etc.) customer's responsibility

Damage and Loss

Reporting Damage

  • Report shipping damage immediately (within 48 hours)

  • Provide photos of damaged items and packaging

  • Do not discard damaged packaging until instructed

Damage Claims

  • We will file claims with shipping carriers
