Physical Goods Warranty

Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship of goods produced by JCM Greenhouse Mfg. LLC that occur under normal use during the Warranty Period.

What We Will Do

During the Warranty Period, JCM Greenhouse Mfg. LLC will repair or replace, at no charge to the customer, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

Normal expected wear and tear
Shipping or transportation damages
Improper maintenance or installation
Natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, floods, etc.)
Unauthorized or abnormal use, repair, modification, or operation
Negligence or accidents
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

Third-Party Components

This warranty also does not cover components that are not manufactured by JCM Greenhouse Mfg. LLC. These components may be covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty from the original manufacturer. JCM Greenhouse Mfg. LLC will aid in the pursuit of such warranty claims if desired by the customer.

Warranty Period

The Warranty Period for physical goods manufactured by JCM Greenhouse Mfg. LLC is 180 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping and Handling

Warranty-covered defects: We will cover shipping costs for warranty replacements
Non-warranty issues: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
Customer is responsible for properly packaging returned items

Limitations and Disclaimers

Exclusive Warranty

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by JCM Greenhouse Mfg. LLC. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

JCM Greenhouse Mfg. LLC's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

No Extension of Warranty

Repair or replacement of products under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

Documentation
